A CrossFit class usually consists of a strength/skill element followed by a high-intensity workout. Come along and experience a professionally programmed and coached class where you’ll be sure to improve your health and fitness every session.


Our HIIT classes (FIT60 & FIT45) are 60/45 minute classes which involve no barbells or advanced gymnastics. Expect 2-3 short workouts per session of high-intensity interval training involving running, rowing, biking, bodyweight movements, kettlebells & dumbbells.


Our barbell classes at GAIN Fitness improve your understanding and technical ability of Olympic weightlifting. We’ll focus on the snatch and clean and jerk whilst also working on squats, presses and pulls—an excellent class for anybody who wants to improve their barbell technique for CrossFit.


This class will break down the gymnastic movements used in our Crossfit workouts, allowing you to work on progressions without the pressure. It will also work predominantly on core strength which will help you in all other movements and reduce the risk of injury. You will work on movements such as handstand push-ups, handstand walks, ring and bar muscle-ups and pull-ups.


GAIN Kids is a fitness programme offering CrossFit and Gymnastics to ages 4 to 15. We focus on the many fitness disciplines, and no two sessions are the same, keeping classes fun and inclusive. Once your child reaches 16 years old, they are ready to start their GAIN fitness journey in the adult classes.

CrossFit RS3

Our CrossFit class is an hour class WOD (workout of the day) whole-body strength & conditioning workout where we incorporate Olympic weightlifting & gymnastics within the weekly programming. 

Additionally, all exercises are scalable to each individual’s needs and abilities. Starting every session with a whiteboard brief of what’s coming up, we get you warmed up in a general or specific warm-up before going into our strength or skill work for that day, finishing off with a conditioning (fitness) workout, high fives and a stretch. 

If your goal is to be competent in all CrossFit areas and become prepared for anything thrown at you, then this is the class for you!

Strongman/Functional Bodybuilding

This hour class mixes up and incorporates strongman, functional bodybuilding, and core work with minimal conditioning training. If you are looking to mix up your training and get a bit “stronger and swole”, this is the class for you!

RS3 Foundations Course

The RS3 foundation’s course runs every week. The course consists of three sessions. Once you have attended all three sessions, the foundation’s course is complete.

These sessions run on a Monday (session 1) at 6:30 pm, Wednesday (session 2) at 6:30 pm and Friday (session 3) at 6:30 pm.

Each session will run for an hour and break all the foundation movements involved in our CrossFit Classes. These sessions will give you confidence, then going into classes to better understand the movements, knowing that you have been through them with a coach beforehand. These sessions can also be used as a refresher anytime during your membership.

If you are new to CrossFit, we strongly advise you to book these sessions within your first week of becoming a new member and starting your journey with RS3.
