Welcome to Core Pilates Cambridge. My name is Laura Fabb. I teach Pilates classes on Monday evenings at Mayfield Primary School in Cambridge.

I am an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and have also taught Pilates within the NHS and privately for the past eight years.

Enjoy exercising, safe in the knowledge you have a physiotherapist helping you through the class.

As a result, Core Pilates Cambridge brings you beginners modified pilates class taught by chartered physiotherapist Laura Evans BSc (Hons), MCSP, HPC member.

Additionally, CPC is an enjoyable class designed to improve general fitness and your flexibility and posture, focusing on core stability.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, including those with back pain and sports injuries.

CPC invites you to come along and try out our friendly and relaxed beginners class on Wednesday’s 7 pm-8 pm at Cambridge Bowls Club Brooklands Avenue, Cambs.
