Welcome to Daria Adamson Yoga. I have been practising Jujitsu for 10 years and Latin Dance for 6 years. Additionally, I have more than 10 years combined teaching experience. For over a decade I have been practising yoga to help me balance out the rest of my active life. So it was a natural progression for me to move towards teaching yoga. In May 2018 I completed my 200 RYT teacher training with CamYoga certified by Yoga Alliance International. Furthermore, I have entered the UK Register of Exercise Professionals. Currently, I teach regular classes in Cambridge, UK and run Daria Adamson Yoga (DAY) website.

I enjoy teaching yoga as I see my students transform over the lesson and leave calmer, more relaxed and happier at the end. I have valued and respected all of my yoga teachers for their ability to who was able to broaden my perspectives, and as a teacher, I now work hard to reach out to my students to bring them the yoga that has always been the balancing force in my life.
