PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Welcome to SAFY Fitness. If you want to reach your goals and achieve results, personal training may be your option. 

Personal Training sessions offer you:

1 to 1 time, individual attention, and specific training methods to meet your goals and needs.

We can help you with nutrition, eating the right foods, and making your programme effective and fun, exercising in a way you will enjoy, not everyone likes running.

Our Trainers will ensure you spend the right amount of time using the right equipment to get the results you want in a time you cannot achieve in a gym on your own.

We can establish with you a realistic and healthy goal and help you achieve that goal and more than likely improve it.

If you are serious about improving your fitness, Personal Training is for you. You will have a trainer expecting you to be there, so pressing the snooze button or finding another reason not to train is not an option.

1 to 1 training is practical whatever your fitness level and physical needs, a complete beginner, improving your fitness levels, weight loss, muscle strength, toning up and more.

It also offers you the flexibility to train at a time and place convenient to you and can fit around other commitments, whether that’s family, work or other life demands.

We will come to you and design your programme to fit in with you and your life, at home, work or in a local park.

COST:

£35.00 per session

£300.00 block of 10 sessions

£160.00 block of 5 sessions

A consultation is significant for you as the client and as the Trainer. So we can help you reach those all-important goals.

There will be forms to complete and a general chat about your health, present and past exercise likes and dislikes, and short and long term goals.

We will also discuss your availability and other lifestyle commitments.

You will get to complete a food diary leading up to your consultation, and we will, with your approval, complete and short fitness test.

The food diary and fitness test is simple and will give a good guide on the start level of your programme.

We often run special deals and competitions on Facebook for personal training sessions, so keep a lookout for those.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Train with friends or family to help motivation, commitment and share the cost, sessions still meet everyone’s individual goals, and training together is fun.

COST: 

£10.00 per person for a group of 3- 5 people.

£400.00 for couples training for a block of 10 sessions.

The price depends on the number in the group and location.

SAFY Fitness Online Training 

The prices are above for One-hour Personal training sessions. We use either house party, face time, zoom or Skype.

Please read our reviews to see how this is working for our clients.

Or our new alternative is 35-minute sessions for £15.00 (min of 2 x sessions a week)

2 x 35-minute online training sessions a week for £30.00

Shorter and more frequent training is more effective than one longer session a week, hence this offer.

We will conduct a consultation with you over the phone or via video chat. This call is to discuss your goals, your current fitness level, if you have any equipment at home, the types of training you like and don’t like, answer any questions you may have and find out your preferred times and availability.

If you would like to proceed further, there are a couple of forms to complete, and we will book you in for your first session.

Your tailored sessions are for your individual goals, preferences and needs.

We will start with a 5-minute warm-up to raise the heart rate, stretch and mobilise the muscles and a final heart rate booster.

The central part of your session will last approximately 20 mins, plenty of time to work up a sweat.

Research has found that a 10-minute workout, with just one minute at high intensity, had the same benefits as a 45-minute jog.

High-intensity training has been proven more effective than steady-state training. It challenges your cardio fitness and muscle strength together, improving your heart, lungs, muscles, and nervous system.

High intensity can sound intimidating, but most people enjoy this workout once they have tried it. Workouts are efficient, constantly changing, and over in a short amount of time, leaving you feeling charged, energetic and with a feeling of a great sense of achievement.

All sessions with finish with 5 minutes and calm down.
