A one to one session is highly recommended prior to starting group sessions, sessions are based on the specific needs of the individual client.

Ideal for rehabilitation after injury and medical procedures, or simply if you feel more comfortable on a one to one basis rather than in a group class.

These sessions are priced at £50 per 1hr session

Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice will be charged
